dramas4

So here it is, the last of a four part series on popular dramas currently airing today.

Supernatural Dramas feature characters of supernatural origin such as zombies, vampires, werewolves, witches, and ghosts or have plot lines that deal with the supernatural or a combination of both. Shows such as The Walking Dead fall into the latter category, which feature human characters battling the titular creatures. Therefore, I have categorized them as such.

Below are several shows that are all available at the Niles Library.

*Indicates a show that has appeared on a previous list.

*The Walking Dead Season 1; Season 2 and Season 3

Get all caught up! Catch all three seasons of this hit series and be sure to place a hold on Season 4 coming soon!

Join us on Sunday for a fun introduction to parkour, or the art of overcoming obstacles.  Hungry zombies are used as motivation to get you started on the road to functional fitness.  The guys at www.zombiefit.org have this to say:

“What if you woke up tomorrow to find your city overridden with zombies, would you survive?  The keys to surviving Z-day are simple: Be able to lift and throw heavy things, run fast and for long distances, and be able to navigate obstacles and urban environments in an efficient manner.”

Watch the ZombieFit team demonstrate workout fundamentals, and then try them out yourself!  Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes so that you’re ready to jump in.
