In Memory of John Hurt: 1940-2017

The multi-talented actor of film and television was best known to American audiences for his iconic scene in Ridley Scott’s 1979 masterpiece Alien as well as David Lynch’s The Elephant Man (1980), where he was nominated for playing the title role.  But, more recently, Hurt became known to a new generation with his role in the three of the Harry Potter films, as well as in the latest installment of the Indiana Jones series.
